1. About this program

Cost Control Marketing Support is a customer care and account notification program operated by Cost Control Marketing LLC. It lets people who requested a demo, and businesses that use our services, get scheduling, service and support messages by text.

This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. What we send

• Confirmations and reminders for a demo you booked.
• Setup and service notices for your account.
• Replies from our team to questions you sent us.

Sample messages

• Demo confirmation: “Cost Control Marketing: Your demo is booked for Tue, Oct 7 at 10:00 AM PT. Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• Demo reminder: “Cost Control Marketing: Reminder, your demo starts in 1 hour. Reply R if you need a new time. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• Setup update: “Cost Control Marketing: Your AI agent is set up and ready for a test call. Reply with any questions. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• Support reply: “Cost Control Marketing: Thanks for the details. We updated the call routing on your line. Anything else? Reply STOP to opt out.”
• Service notice: “Cost Control Marketing: Planned maintenance tonight from 11:00 to 11:30 PM PT. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”

3. How you opt in

Our demo request form at costcontrol360.com/demo has a separate, unchecked text message box next to the disclosure below. Checking it is optional. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your request.

The disclosure you agree to reads:

I agree to receive text messages from Cost Control Marketing about my demo request and my account, including scheduling, reminders, service notices and replies from our team. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

When you submit the form with the box checked, we send one text confirming it:

Cost Control Marketing: You're opted in to texts about your demo and account. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Consent is never a condition of purchase. We do not buy phone lists, and we do not accept consent collected by anyone else on our behalf.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most people receive fewer than 5 messages a month.

5. Cost

We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

6. How to stop messages

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT to any message. We will send one confirmation, and after that we will not text you again unless you opt back in. You can also use the form at costcontrol360.com/demo and ask us to remove your number.

7. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message and we will reply with our name and how to reach us. To reach a person, use the form at costcontrol360.com/demo.

8. Carriers

The program works on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Read the full Privacy Policy.

10. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enter. Tell us if your number changes so we do not message someone else.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always at costcontrol360.com/sms-terms with the date at the top.
