This Privacy Policy explains how Cost Control Marketing LLC (“CCM,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit costcontrol360.com, request a demo, or communicate with us. It also explains how we handle information we process for the businesses that license our services.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent or trade mobile phone numbers, and we do not share text message opt-in or consent with anyone. See our SMS Terms for the full program details.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, company, work email and phone number, including mobile numbers.
  • Your request: the product you are interested in and anything you write in our forms.
  • Communications: emails, text messages and calls with us. Calls may be recorded.
  • Consent records: what you agreed to, when, and the exact wording, including any text message consent.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser and device type, referring page and pages viewed on this site.
  • Cookies needed for the site to work. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.

2. How we use information

  • Respond to your demo request and schedule the demo.
  • Provide, set up, support and bill for our services.
  • Send account, service and support messages by the channels you agreed to.
  • Keep records of consent and opt-outs, and honor them.
  • Protect our systems and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Meet our legal obligations.

3. Information we process for our customers

When a business licenses our AI voice agent, texting or hub, we process call audio, transcripts, text messages and contact records on that business’s behalf and under its instructions. Calls to those businesses may be answered by an AI agent and may be recorded and transcribed.

We do not use that information for our own marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with our other customers. If you called or texted one of our customers, that business controls your information. Contact it directly to exercise your rights, and we will help it respond.

4. How we share information

We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers that work for us under contract, such as hosting, telephone and messaging carriers, email and payment processing. They may use it only to provide services to us.
  • Legal requests, when the law, a subpoena or a regulator requires it.
  • A successor company, if CCM is merged or acquired. The successor remains bound by this policy for information collected under it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Text messages

We text only people who gave us permission by checking the separate, optional text message box on our demo request form. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. When you opt out we keep a record of the opt-out so we never text you again by mistake.

6. How long we keep information

  • Demo requests that do not lead to a customer relationship: two years.
  • Consent and opt-out records: at least four years after your last message or your opt-out.
  • Information we process for customers: as long as the customer’s agreement with us requires, then deleted or returned.

7. How we protect information

We use encrypted connections, access controls and multi-factor authentication on the systems that hold your information, and we limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Access and correction: ask what we hold about you and have it corrected.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
  • Communication preferences: opt out of calls, emails or texts separately.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, including the right to appeal a denied request. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, use the form at costcontrol360.com/demo. 9. Children

This site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects information we already hold, we will tell you before it takes effect.
